What is a Projector? 

It is one of the 5 energy types described in this astrology system. Projectors are here to guide and mentor the other energy types. The splenic ones are highly intuitive.

Rather than working long hours in a hands-on role (e.g., hustling it out at a 9-5 job), Projectors are designed to oversee, guide, and manage the work of others. In a nutshell, a Projector is here to be a seer rather than a doer.

Projectors’ biggest gifts are their intuitive insights, depth, and bird’s eye view of what’s happening around them. They are also naturally skilled at recognizing the gifts and energy of other people, as well as identifying that person’s best path forward.

Projectors “see” and understand life and other people deeply and clearly. As a Projector, one can see what other people miss, and often understand other people more clearly than those people even understand themselves.

This high level of insight stems from their focused and penetrating aura. Each energy type has a unique aura, and the Projector aura is designed to penetrate the aura of anyone they come into contact with, thus allowing the Projector to feel the energies of that person — their emotional energy, physical energy, mental energy, etc.

This is why a Projector, one can probably feel like they know things about other people without necessarily knowing how they know those things. You just know what somebody else is thinking, what they’re feeling, what they’re struggling with. This energetic knowledge is courtesy of the focused and penetrating aura.

The Projectors’ aura functions by absorbing external information and amplifying it. This makes it possible to see others deeply to their core and to find out what is out of alignment. This happens automatically and naturally – there is no effort on behalf of the Projector. They will do so with or without wanting, it is how they are designed to function as people.

Sometimes this type of aura is hard to be around with because it will bring up to the surface things people might be uncomfortable with and if people have resistance about those aspects, they will feel bothered in the presence of a Projector. Therefor it is important to remember that it is your own aspects that you are reacting to, and not the Projector itself. The Projectors’ energy only amplifies your own aspects. They are like a living, walking and talking magnifying mirror.

Another beautiful thing about being a Projector is that they’re naturally a very efficient worker. They accomplish things quickly and effectively, streamlining the work with systems and processes, and can achieve as much in 2-3 hours as a non-Projector would need twice as long to achieve. On the other hand, a Projector needs a lot more rest than others.

To summarize the gifts and skills of a Projector, they are insightful, energetically intuitive, deep, thoughtful, efficient, and wise. They have an openness to life and an innate wisdom about what others need. They are able to see the bigger picture, recognize patterns, talents and gifts in others, therefore capable of seeing “what the fire needs to keep going”, to feel and know where energy is needed. A natural at mastering systems and a natural at bringing people together.
