How I work
First of all, I listen to you with compassion and patience.
Secondly, I connect with you deeply.
I practice communion in my day to day life and in therapy, meaning I look past labels to meet you as a whole, sacred human being, using emotional attunement and nervous system co-regulation to create a safe, judgment-free space of deep emotional resonance where you feel completely seen, heard, and understood.
My work is anchored in science and practicality as well as the more deep aspects of Life. The therapies I use are based on creating a loving and safe space that allows a deep relaxation of the nervous system – and that is usually key to a profound healing experience.
During a therapy session, I can physically support your body’s natural healing capacity, so you can relax your overactive mind. I can also teach you how deal with difficult emotions and connect with your self on a deeper level and work towards becoming your most authentic, whole, and independent self.
Every body is different, every person is different and so the sessions or solutions, in general, can be very different. I personalize everything, to give you the best opportunity to restore balance.

Practical aspects:
We can work in person or over the internet.
At the moment I offer in person therapy in 2 places: in Drammen, Norway and in Bucharest, Romania.
You can choose to come to my office or I can come to your house, for an extra cost.
If it’s not much body work, sometimes we can even meet out in town or in a quiet place in nature.
Who I Work With?
- Pregnancy & Infancy: I work with pregnant women and babies. In fact, my youngest patient was my own daughter, who received her first Bowen Therapy just moments after she was born.
- Children & Youth: I have supported children of many ages through various stages of growth.
- Seniors: I have worked with many older adults, with my oldest patient so far being an inspiring 90-year-old lady.
- Recent or acute conditions: Issues that appeared in the last month, such as sinus infections or sudden physical discomfort.
- Long-term or chronic pain: Persistent challenges that have lasted for months, years, or even a lifetime.
- Minor ailments: Simple, everyday issues like the common cold.

It is important to acknowledge that I may not have the solution for everything or everyone. However, I will always guide you to the best of my abilities, and if I believe it is appropriate, I will readily refer you to a doctor or another trusted specialist.
