3. Do I need to prepare for the therapy session?
The consultation is simply a discussion with the therapist. No prior preparation is needed.
However, it can be helpful to reflect beforehand on the things that bother you the most or the aspects of yourself you’d like to change. It might also be useful to write them down since emotions can cause us to forget in the moment.
4. When will I see the first effects?
Some people notice effects from the very first dose, even within seconds. Others may observe them only after weeks. This varies because emotions can be deep or superficial, and people are different, making it impossible to predict precisely.
5. Are there any restrictions during the treatment?
Fortunately, there are no restrictions. You can continue living your life exactly as before.
6. What are the recommended doses?
The usual dose is 4 drops, 4 times a day, but the therapist may prescribe differently depending on the case.
7. How should the remedies be taken?
The remedies should be taken at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day. Ideally:
- The first dose in the morning on an empty stomach.
- The last dose at night, just before bed.
- The other two doses at balanced intervals during the day (e.g., if you wake at 8 AM and sleep at 8 PM, doses at 8 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, and 8 PM).
Sip the liquid slowly over several minutes.
You can mix the drops into any liquid, hot or cold, up to 250 ml.
If you prepare a half glass of water with remedies, finish it before refilling the glass.
8. What if I don’t have a glass or water available?
In exceptional cases, you can drop the remedy directly under your tongue. Alternatively, you can double the dose in a 0.5 L bottle and drink it over several hours. Do not use larger bottles, and glass bottles are preferred over plastic ones.
9. How often should I come for a consultation?
About once a month.
If a major event occurs and you feel you need support, you can come sooner.
In exceptional cases, remedies may be prescribed for longer periods, but this is not recommended as many things can change in just a month.
10. How long does a treatment bottle last?
Typically, about a month, depending on how often you take it.
If you feel the need to take it more frequently, let the therapist know, as this could indicate the need for other remedies.
11. Does the treatment bottle require special storage conditions?
Yes. Keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures. Do not touch the dropper.
12. What if I forget a dose?
Take the dose as soon as possible but keep a time gap before the next one. Do not double the dose; instead, adjust the remaining doses for the day accordingly.
13. How long does a counseling session last?
Approximately 50 minutes.
In exceptional cases, it may last longer, and the session fee will increase accordingly.
14. Can someone else take my drops?
It’s best not to share. The treatment is personalized, and another combination would be more beneficial for someone else. You can recommend they come in for a consultation.
Taking a single dose from your bottle won’t provide noticeable effects for the other person.
15. What if someone accidentally drinks from my glass?
You’ll need to prepare a new glass for yourself and resume the dose.
16. What if I use more or fewer drops than prescribed?
Using more drops is not a problem, but if it becomes a habit, the bottle will run out sooner. The effect is not enhanced, and there is no risk of overdose.
Using fewer drops than prescribed is not recommended, as the concentration may be too low for the treatment to be effective.
