Rescue Remedy
The Original System Also Includes an Emergency Remedy: Rescue Remedy!
This combination was established by Dr. Edward Bach as being very effective for emotional balance in emergency and crisis situations. It is perhaps the most well-known and used of all the flower remedies.
It is composed of five individual remedies: Rock Rose, Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, and Star of Bethlehem. It is available in stores in the form of a spray, cream, and lozenges.

When to Use Rescue Remedy?
Rescue Remedy can be used in the most varied situations: panic attacks, stress, emotional disturbance caused by accidents or unexpected losses.
Rescue Remedy does not replace emergency medical treatment when it is necessary, but it can be a valuable aid, which is why it is recommended to include it in all first aid kits.
It has a relaxing effect in situations with an accentuated stress component such as exams, dental visits, air travel, etc.
Stress leads to a series of conditions, causing 50-75% of illnesses: high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, migraines, obesity, allergies, asthma, diabetes, digestive disorders, high cholesterol. For this reason, emotional balance is beneficial for the overall health of the body.
If a person needs to work under strong stress conditions, they can turn to Rescue Remedy when needed for a relaxing effect.
How is it administered?
In emergency situations, take 4 drops diluted in a little water, tea, or juice. If necessary, you can put 4 drops directly under the tongue from the bottle containing the essence. The administration can be repeated until emotional balance is achieved.
Also, Rescue Remedy can be applied to pulse points, such as the temples, wrists, and behind the ears.
Rescue Remedy can be of great help in emergency and panic situations. Rescue Remedy is a natural product, non-toxic, non-addictive, and does not interact with other medications or treatments.
It can be administered at any age, both to adults and children (the formula is in vegetable glycerin), and administration can be done even during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
